Please fill out the form below a Plan Review fee will be assessed to start the plan review process. If you have any questions about the process or the form below, please contact us at (435) 350-3472.
A site plan shall be provided. This site plan must include the location of the nearest fire hydrant (with the length’s marked & measured by the way a fire truck would drive using fire access roads to your building, not as the crow flies), dimensions of all fire access roads (Grades, lengths, & width’s), & dimensions of driveways.
A pre-approval letter needs to be issued and that is what you will upload to the building authority for permit approval. After the plan review has been completed, the approval letter will be provided to the applicant’s email. This approval letter will be submitted to the respective building authority again later when the permit process is underway.
After the permit has been approved by the County, then the Fire District will approve and submit the ‘Approval Letter’ to the County ‘eprocess360’ system.
On-site inspections will need to be completed during the building process. After 1 failed inspection, any additional inspections are an additional $50, per inspection.
